"I signed up for the Total Transformation program because I had been unable to lose weight, no matter what I did or changed or tried, from the start of going into menopause. In the past, I tried eating less and exercising. I was skeptical about doing this program because I doubted anything could make a difference since I had tried so many other things. I decided to sign up anyway because I was so frustrated at not losing any weight. Because of this program, I make better choices in food. I am more aware of adding in more protein along with the complex carbs and fruits/vegetables. I have been tracking the food I am eating in the My Fitness Pal app, to monitor the food I am eating and what types of food, etc. It has helped to be aware and to know the amounts and values, etc.
The mental shifts I have made are realizing I CAN DO IT! I feel like I am more able to "know" how much I can eat, even when I'm not calculating it with My Fitness Pal. Still working on it, but it's been great knowing that I can do it, and maintain it so far! Because of this program, I finally got over my plateau and lost 7 pounds, I now feel more healthy and confident in my appearance, which is more fit and toned looking.
Christine is a very pleasant and supportive health coach! She is very knowledgeable in helping with dietary suggestions, including teaching me how the body reacts to foods, etc. She was great at questioning and getting me to think outside the pretty solid

"I decided to sign up for health coaching because I really needed to figure out what foods to eat and how to live a healthier lifestyle to maintain my weight. In the past I have tried many different diets, eliminations, combinations, shots...... you name it and I've probably tried it! "I signed up for the Total Transformation program for myself. I wanted to become a healthier happy me so I could be the best mom and best me. In the past, I have tried Keto to lose weight. I was skeptical to try this program because I didn’t know if eating carbs would *actually* help me lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I signed up anyway because I was curious. Because I this program I now eat whole foods and not really any kind of “crap” anymore because I have learned it makes me feel good. "I signed up for the total transformation system because I’m 63, had lost weight, and wanted to learn to eat right so I could maintain weight and be healthier all around. In the past, I have tried metformin, Semiglutide, and Tirzepatide to lose and maintain my weight. I just wanted to start eating right for my overall health. After going through this program I now go to the gym four times a week, go to a therapist to work on my emotional and mental health, and have incorporated some plant-based food into my diet for my food aversions. I’ve learned that to eat right I need to find different ways of cooking because of my busy schedule. Otherwise, I would be eating something not good for me out of the fridge/cupboard. I have also learned to incorporate a protein shake at lunchtime so I get adequate protein and veggies. I’m now healthier not only because of what I eat, but I have more energy to do the things I need to do. I work harder and now my mind/brain feels healthier. I’m able to workout longer and harder, have more energy for my family, and take more personal time for me instead of laying around. Despite all her questions, Christine was great to work with, she is very personable, and she always had answers for my questions and if she didn’t she’d have them for next time. She was very understanding of my time and also helped me to find other things to eat with my food aversions. She is very knowledgeable about the function of the body and how certain foods work within those functions. She always had me start off the meeting with one good thing from the past week, sometimes it’s hard to see the good things so this really helped me a lot. I didn’t expect all the questions because I am a doer and not a question person. I learned the questions were for my benefit because they helped to instill the things I was learning. This program is great, I learned what to eat/what not to eat to get the most out of my body and how certain foods work on certain parts of your body. I’ve talked to my friend about doing it too."

“Before deciding to work with Christine I was at a low point emotionally and physically. I had gained weight, was inactive, and felt like I was heading toward poor health.
I knew I couldn’t make changes on my own and felt that if I could get a good start on my physical improvement, my emotional health would improve also. I wanted to be able to go hiking and play with my grandchildren and serve others with good health. I hadn’t really tried to lose weight or get healthy in the past.
I was skeptical to do the Total Transformation Program because I was afraid about changing my diet too drastically and not being able to stick to it. I knew I needed help that I couldn’t get on my own and I trusted Christine to be able to help me make the changes I needed.
Through the program I’ve been able to cut down on my sugar intake, incorporate more fruits and veggies, be more active, but most importantly, I’m changing the way I think about food. Going into this program I did not expect that some of the changes would be so easy. I easily overcame my fears because the change to my diet wasn’t as hard or drastic as I thought it would be.
