I'm a Certified Health Coach with years of experience assisting clients to achieve weight loss, fitness, and healthy lifestyle goals. I have degrees in Nutrition Education and Social Work from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
My clients have experienced improved nutrition leading to significant weight loss and positive effects in many other areas of their lives.
This is possible through building healthy habits. We begin with where they are at and build habits gradually in a step-by-step manner. This way, a healthy lifestyle can be both sustainable and enjoyable. I love helping people make a healthy lifestyle a reality in their lives.
I enjoy spending time with my husband and five kids, running, reading, and savoring chocolate.
